Getting Started

To get started you will need to have a pc or Mac with a daw installed on it.

The computer will need to be connected to the audio interface via a usb/FireWire/thunderbolt depending on the devices and type of connection.

Logic X, Pro tools, Fruti Loops and Studio one are just a few type of daw’s to mention. Some are not compatible with Apple so please make sure you check before you purchase one.

Choosing a microphone …

The best way to choose a microphone is to go to your local musical instrument store and test out as many as you can. Their are loads of great mic on the market both new and used but we advise You to test them for yourself as they might not suitable for your vocal type.
